Artist Statement I paint those I admire because I believe that, through their art, they made the world a better place. My work stems from the convergence of music, painting, and emotion. Through color, texture, gesture, and energy, I seek to go beyond the portrait to capture what makes each person unique: their strength, their story, and the mark they left on those of us who admire them. For me, painting is also a form of interpretation. That is why the act of creating often transforms into a performance: the image comes to life in front of the audience as a vivid, spontaneous, and unrepeatable experience. I paint icons, but above all, I paint what they represent: creativity, freedom, rebellion, and the power of art to transform the way we feel and see the world.
